{"id":7655,"date":"2021-07-13T19:40:34","date_gmt":"2021-07-13T19:40:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mercadeo.spira.co\/?p=7655"},"modified":"2021-07-13T19:40:34","modified_gmt":"2021-07-13T19:40:34","slug":"learnability-la-habilidad-de-aprender-y-desaprender","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/s8.digitalhypepro.com\/?p=7655","title":{"rendered":"Learnability: la habilidad de aprender y desaprender"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Hace un tiempo se premiaba a quien se adaptara a las condiciones, fueran las que fueran, pero hoy en d\u00eda se premia y se busca mucho m\u00e1s a quien pueda&nbsp;<strong>adaptarse a los cambios<\/strong>, quien est\u00e9 abierto a aprender para enfrentar y&nbsp;superar los&nbsp;vertiginosos desaf\u00edos que el entorno cambiante trae consigo.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso hoy se habla del&nbsp;<strong><em>learnability<\/em><\/strong>, un concepto que no tiene traducci\u00f3n en espa\u00f1ol pero que cada d\u00eda cobra m\u00e1s relevancia en las organizaciones y los equipos de trabajo.&nbsp;Aqu\u00ed te&nbsp;contaremos qu\u00e9&nbsp;es,&nbsp;c\u00f3mo se evidencia en las personas, c\u00f3mo desarrollarlo&nbsp;y porqu\u00e9 es tan relevante hoy en d\u00eda.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El querer aprender y la habilidad para hacerlo de manera r\u00e1pida y efectiva con el fin de mantenerse competitivo y \u201cempleable\u201d se le denomina&nbsp;<em>learnability<\/em>; es la&nbsp;<strong>capacidad, actitud y aptitud<\/strong>&nbsp;que permiten adquirir nuevos conocimientos, ponerlos en pr\u00e1ctica, desaprender ciertas cosas si ha de ser necesario y poder desarrollar nuevas formas de trabajo a la hora de desempe\u00f1ar nuevas o ya conocidas tareas. Esto aunado a la mentalidad de crecimiento,&nbsp;les&nbsp;permite a las personas romper con las creencias que limitan su<strong>&nbsp;desarrollo individual.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo es una persona que se destaca por su&nbsp;learnability?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Es una persona que dispone de la mejor&nbsp;<strong>actitud&nbsp;<\/strong>para aprender, se caracteriza por su&nbsp;<strong>inter\u00e9s&nbsp;<\/strong>y&nbsp;<strong>curiosidad&nbsp;<\/strong>por adquirir nuevos conocimientos, acude a diversas maneras de aprendizaje hasta encontrar la que m\u00e1s le sirve, no se detiene hasta encontrarla ni se resiste a las desconocidas. Es&nbsp;<strong>abierta&nbsp;<\/strong>al&nbsp;<em>feedback<\/em>, &nbsp;<strong>cuestiona&nbsp;<\/strong>sus propias creencias, h\u00e1bitos y limitantes y es&nbsp;<strong>activa&nbsp;<\/strong>frente al aprendizaje.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> <strong>Una persona que destaca por su&nbsp;learnability&nbsp;tiene una alta capacidad de adaptarse las nuevas circunstancias y se pregunta constantemente \u00bfqu\u00e9 es lo que ya s\u00e9? \u00bfqu\u00e9 deseo aprender? \u00bfc\u00f3mo puedo conseguirlo?&nbsp;<\/strong> <strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo desarrollar el&nbsp;learnability?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp; <\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo desarrollar el&nbsp;learnability?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Trabajar la&nbsp;<strong>mentalidad&nbsp;<\/strong>de crecimiento, <span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">el<\/span><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=o94w3-A4A1o\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;<\/a><\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=o94w3-A4A1o\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>mindset<\/em><\/a><\/span><\/strong><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\">&nbsp;<\/span> <\/em>es clave para poder disponer de la actitud y la aptitud frente al aprendizaje, por ejemplo, remplazar el \u201cno s\u00e9\u201d por \u201ca\u00fan&nbsp;no lo&nbsp;s\u00e9\u201d tiene un impacto muy positivo en la informaci\u00f3n que registra nuestro cerebro.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Tener en cuenta el&nbsp;<strong>para qu\u00e9&nbsp;<\/strong>aprendemos: Esto no solo tendr\u00e1 un impacto en la&nbsp;motivaci\u00f3n,&nbsp;sino que crear\u00e1 un norte en el proceso de quien desea aprender ya sea que lo haga por desarrollar mejor una tarea, ser m\u00e1s empleable, aumentar su productividad, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Explorar las&nbsp;<strong>necesidades&nbsp;<\/strong>personales y las del equipo para identificar qu\u00e9 es lo que no se sabe y qu\u00e9 es lo que se necesita aprender, priorizarlo y hacer un plan de acci\u00f3n.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Compartir&nbsp;<\/strong>con los que saben y con los que no: Con los que no saben, ense\u00f1arles y con los que s\u00ed saben,&nbsp;buscar aprender de ellos.
