{"id":7474,"date":"2021-02-10T18:50:20","date_gmt":"2021-02-10T18:50:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mercadeo.spira.co\/?p=7474"},"modified":"2021-02-10T18:50:20","modified_gmt":"2021-02-10T18:50:20","slug":"vidas-y-organizaciones-liquidas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/s8.digitalhypepro.com\/?p=7474","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfVidas y organizaciones l\u00edquidas?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Camilo Vergara, CEO de SPIRA, se toma el blog de hoy para recomendarnos uno de sus libros favoritos: Vida L\u00edquida de Zymunt Bauman  \u00bfListo para conocer sobre las organizaciones l\u00edquidas?<\/em>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy quiero recomendar un libro que, aunque sali\u00f3 en el 2013 y lo le\u00ed hace un par de a\u00f1os, est\u00e1 cobrando una relevancia importante por el momento que estamos&nbsp;pasando y que me lo hizo recordar&nbsp;especialmente <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jose-manuel-echeverri-948aa015?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_contact_details%3BbdDOfU1fSumgKow43yLa%2Fg%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\">@JoseManuel Echeverri<\/a><\/strong> con un post en&nbsp;Linkedin&nbsp;sobre Organizaciones L\u00edquidas; se trata de <em>Vida L\u00edquida <\/em>de Zymunt Bauman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evidentemente,&nbsp;la relevancia actual es por la pandemia originada en el brote masivo del COVID19 y todas sus consecuencias transformadoras. Pero m\u00e1s trascendentalmente por el \u201cbrote\u201d de <strong>\u201cn\u00f3madas urbanos\u201d<\/strong>, \u201c<strong>agilismo<\/strong>\u201d y dem\u00e1s fen\u00f3menos culturales o antropol\u00f3gicos que son manifestaciones claras de la forma de ver la vida de las nuevas generaciones y que terminamos inexorablemente adoptando las organizaciones.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la \u201cvida l\u00edquida\u201d? Seg\u00fan Bauman es la manera habitual de vivir en nuestras&nbsp;<strong>sociedades contempor\u00e1neas<\/strong>. Se caracteriza por cambiar constantemente de rumbo, una indeterminaci\u00f3n \u201cpor default\u201d, que se origina en una sociedad que, por la velocidad de los acontecimientos y el desarrollo de la tecnolog\u00eda, est\u00e1 exigiendo cada vez m\u00e1s de las interacciones y las formas de relaci\u00f3n de las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el autor, lo que define nuestras vidas es, la \u201c<strong>escasez<\/strong>\u201d y la&nbsp;<strong>incertidumbre&nbsp;<\/strong>constante. Por esa raz\u00f3n, hemos adquirido inconscientemente una preocupaci\u00f3n que nos obsesiona; el temor a que nos sorprendan desprevenidos, a no ser capaces de estar al d\u00eda y a la altura de unos acontecimientos que se mueven a un ritmo cada vez m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido o a pasar por alto las se\u00f1ales y perder la oportunidad de hacer un cambio de enfoque y, consecuentemente, quedar&nbsp;atr\u00e1s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;As\u00ed, dada la velocidad de los cambios, la vida se convierte hoy en una serie de nuevos comienzos y desafortunadamente (\u00bfo afortunadamente?) tambi\u00e9n de constantes finales. Por esto, tenemos unas vidas caracterizadas por la abrumadora preocupaci\u00f3n por la&nbsp;<strong>agilidad<\/strong>: \u201cvictorias tempranas\u201d, finales r\u00e1pidos sin los cuales los comienzos no ser\u00edan posibles.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que nos proporciona Bauman es una reflexi\u00f3n profunda de c\u00f3mo deber\u00edamos estar abiertos al cambio,<strong> salir de nuestras zonas de confort<\/strong>, ser <strong>flexibles<\/strong> y hacer que nuestra vida responda positivamente a esta nueva forma de vida que lleg\u00f3 para quedarse.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un libro f\u00e1cil de leer, profundo pero pr\u00e1ctico que puede ayudarnos a comprender la sociedad actual y a reaccionar positivamente tanto desde el \u00e1mbito personal como organizacional.<strong> Recomendado 100%&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mercadeo.spira.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Vida-L\u00edquida-de-Zymunt-Bauman-1024x524.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7482\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfYa lo le\u00edste?
