En&nbsp;realidad,&nbsp;deber\u00edamos&nbsp;estar hablando de&nbsp;una nueva era, una que&nbsp;a pesar de la distancia logr\u00f3 acercarnos m\u00e1s que nunca y nos oblig\u00f3 a cambiar paradigmas que impactaron todas las industrias,&nbsp;generando nuevos escenarios para todos los actores.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con certeza hay y continuar\u00e1n habiendo muchos cambios en la manera en la que funciona el desarrollo organizacional en todas las empresas y no hay duda en que, como lo hemos mencionado&nbsp;durante todo el a\u00f1o, la tecnolog\u00eda ser\u00e1 el mejor aliado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este cambio de contexto es pertinente pensar en un cambio de estrategia en las organizaciones, contemplando&nbsp;las&nbsp;tendencias&nbsp;e implicaciones en la funci\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos y el trabajo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con un estudio realizado por Gartner<sup>1<\/sup>&nbsp;estas son&nbsp;7&nbsp;tendencias sobre las cuales deber\u00edamos aprender m\u00e1s, profundizar y mantenernos a la vanguardia:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Trabajo remoto<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque es un tema del que se ha hablado constantemente durante 2020&nbsp;y el enfoque ha estado en&nbsp;c\u00f3mo hacerlo y las herramientas para este, lo importante&nbsp;ahora&nbsp;es entender que&nbsp;debemos&nbsp;<strong>identificar habilidades&nbsp;<\/strong>que permitan realizar un trabajo remoto eficaz.&nbsp;El&nbsp;<em>employee<\/em><em>&nbsp;<\/em><em>journey<\/em>&nbsp;debe ser repensado&nbsp;para entender si&nbsp;es necesario un cambio en la evaluaci\u00f3n y objetivos para escenarios remotos&nbsp;y c\u00f3mo desarrollar&nbsp;h\u00e1bitos&nbsp;productivos que impacten en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la&nbsp;organizaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>Data de colaboradores<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>El trabajo remoto ha incrementado la recolecci\u00f3n de data pasiva.&nbsp;La recolecci\u00f3n de \u00e9sta contiene informaci\u00f3n que puede ser clave para el desarrollo de estrategias o culturas de alto rendimiento.&nbsp;Aprender sobre los h\u00e1bitos de trabajo de los colaboradores permite reconocer,&nbsp;desarrollar&nbsp;e implementar estrategias&nbsp;para la distribuci\u00f3n y optimizaci\u00f3n de tareas para cumplir los objetivos.&nbsp;Sin embargo, antes de ejecutar cualquier plan, es importante revisar, ajustar o desarrollar pol\u00edticas de privacidad de datos, asociadas a este nuevo enfoque.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li><strong>Empleador como red de seguridad social<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>El balance personal y laboral ha sido todo un desaf\u00edo y el rol de las empresas y empleadores en esta din\u00e1mica se ha incrementado sustancialmente. Es importante evaluar&nbsp;y entender&nbsp;c\u00f3mo&nbsp;realizar estrategias que apoyen tanto a colaboradores trabajando de forma remota, como a los que deben continuar realizando sus roles presencialmente, todas las din\u00e1micas cambiaron y se debe velar por mantener un equilibrio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li><strong>Competencias cr\u00edticas<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Las habilidades cr\u00edticas no son sin\u00f3nimo de roles.
