de&nbsp;tener&nbsp;un plan de acci\u00f3n para prevenir, mitigar y actuar ante&nbsp;<strong>alguna emergencia o circunstancia&nbsp;<\/strong>que comprometa la&nbsp;integridad de los colaboradores al interior de las organizaciones.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, todas las organizaciones deben&nbsp;<strong>evaluar los riesgos<\/strong>&nbsp;y asegurarse que los lugares de trabajo&nbsp;<strong>cumplan con las medidas de prevenci\u00f3n<\/strong>, teniendo muy presentes las acciones necesarias para lograr un&nbsp;balance&nbsp;entre&nbsp;la salud, seguridad y productividad organizacional.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Definitivamente se hace&nbsp;<strong>necesario crear protocolos<\/strong>&nbsp;para proteger a los trabajadores incluyendo aspectos tan importantes como la capacitaci\u00f3n sobre pr\u00e1cticas laborales seguras y saludables, dotaci\u00f3n de equipos de protecci\u00f3n seg\u00fan sea necesario y&nbsp;dado el panorama&nbsp;actual,&nbsp;crear alternativas que permitan que el&nbsp;<strong>regreso a la nueva normalidad<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;sea<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>de modo&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>seguro<\/strong>&nbsp;para&nbsp;mitigar la&nbsp;los&nbsp;riesgos&nbsp;que enfrentan los&nbsp;colaboradores.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En&nbsp;<strong><a
