Porque<strong>&nbsp;el reconocimiento es fundamental.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;Reconocer el trabajo de las personas puede hacer la diferencia entre los equipos que simplemente cumplen su labor y aquellos que ponen alma, vida y sombrero para cumplir las metas de una visi\u00f3n compartida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es necesario esperar grandes acontecimientos o ideas que transformen el mundo, en realidad es mucho m\u00e1s sencillo que eso, se trata de<strong>&nbsp;valorar&nbsp;<\/strong>el trabajo, los aportes diarios y silenciosos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;A continuaci\u00f3n te presento algunas recomendaciones para generar entornos confiables y de crecimiento continuo&nbsp;mediante el reconocimiento:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Valora el trabajo:&nbsp;<\/strong>un sencillo mensaje de agradecimiento a tu equipo, por&nbsp;Whatsapp&nbsp;o correo electr\u00f3nico, al empezar o finalizar la semana, genera una onda de gratitud en la que el colaborador&nbsp;<strong>identifica que su labor es importante<\/strong>, que su trabajo est\u00e1 dentro de una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s grande y que su contribuci\u00f3n individual a las metas del equipo es valorada por su l\u00edder.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Reconocer los peque\u00f1os avances:<\/strong>&nbsp;los verdaderos l\u00edderes eliminaron de su d\u00eda a d\u00eda&nbsp;frases como: \u201cPara eso se les paga\u201d o \u201cNo tengo que felicitarlos por hacer el trabajo que les corresponde\u201d. En cambio, entienden&nbsp;<strong>el efecto domin\u00f3 que tiene el reconocimiento<\/strong>&nbsp;a las peque\u00f1as victorias y avances, no s\u00f3lo para la persona que recibe el reconocimiento, sino para el equipo en general.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un buen&nbsp;l\u00edder sabe que debe reconocer en p\u00fablico y corregir&nbsp;en privado, felicitar las iniciativas y el compromiso. Su equipo, por su parte,&nbsp;estar\u00e1 comprometido con lograr las metas m\u00e1s retadoras&nbsp;&nbsp;pues&nbsp;sabe que su l\u00edder reconoce los esfuerzos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.&nbsp;<strong>Escalonar los reconocimientos:<\/strong>&nbsp;buscar diferentes canales y opciones para transmitir el agradecimiento o reconocimiento.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mensaje por&nbsp;WhatsApp.<\/li><li>Llamada de agradecimiento \/ reconocimiento.<\/li><li>Correo individual.<\/li><li>Correo copiado a todo el equipo.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Carta de reconocimiento \/ agradecimiento firmada por el l\u00edder.<\/li><li>Reconocimiento verbal o escrito a una o varias personas en las reuniones de equipo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede ser el que el l\u00edder prefiera siempre y cuando sea genuino.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4<strong>.
