La necesidad&nbsp;de&nbsp;pensar y actuar diferente es ahora lo&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e1s importante<\/strong>&nbsp;para las empresas que se desarrollan en un entorno global.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando las organizaciones adoptan esa mentalidad, se les denomina&nbsp;<strong>Organizaciones Exponenciales (<\/strong><strong>ExO<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong>, aquellas que, a trav\u00e9s del uso de nuevas t\u00e9cnicas organizacionales, aprovechan las tecnolog\u00edas que se han desarrollado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, toman ventaja de ellas a una gran velocidad y sus resultados son comparativamente mayores y mejores que las de su misma categor\u00eda&nbsp;que se quedan atr\u00e1s.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una&nbsp;<strong>ExO<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>tiene como atributo principal el prop\u00f3sito de transformaci\u00f3n masiva (PTM), que puede definirse como la versi\u00f3n potencializada de la misi\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.
