Esto les&nbsp;impide centrarse en las tareas propias,&nbsp;disminuye la motivaci\u00f3n&nbsp;del equipo&nbsp;de trabajo&nbsp;afectando y&nbsp;obstaculizando&nbsp;la productividad.&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Seg\u00fan Singh&nbsp;Sidhu, A., (2012), un&nbsp;estudio en el&nbsp;Journal&nbsp;of&nbsp;Experimental&nbsp;Psychology&nbsp;de&nbsp;DeCaro&nbsp;(2011) demostr\u00f3 que los colaboradores que&nbsp;se&nbsp;sent\u00edan observados y continuamente controlados&nbsp;realizaban&nbsp;sus tareas&nbsp;a un nivel&nbsp;inferior que los que ten\u00edan cierta independencia.&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Como queremos que la productividad se mantenga constante,&nbsp;SPIRA&nbsp;te trae&nbsp;pr\u00e1cticas claves para evitar ser un&nbsp;micromanager,&nbsp;en especial en estos momentos, cuando&nbsp;trabajando desde casa&nbsp;parece perderse la constante comunicaci\u00f3n y el control&nbsp;de los equipos de trabajo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Comun\u00edcate con tus colaboradores:&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo van a saber lo que la&nbsp;organizaci\u00f3n quiere y necesita o las medidas que ha tomado en estos tiempos si no las dices&nbsp;de modo claro y efectivo?&nbsp;Al comunicarte con ellos,&nbsp;incrementas&nbsp;el&nbsp;engagement&nbsp;y&nbsp;la&nbsp;motivaci\u00f3n.&nbsp; <br>Si no sabes c\u00f3mo hacerlo, lee&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mercadeo.spira.co\/ventajas-de-los-videos-animados\/\">aqu\u00ed.<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Considera a tu equipo&nbsp;y todo lo que tienen por aportar:&nbsp;<\/strong>Ten en cuenta c\u00f3mo las nuevas din\u00e1micas pueden afectar su desempe\u00f1o y br\u00edndales&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fortaleceteconspira.com\/register\">herramientas<\/a>&nbsp;<em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>para&nbsp;enfrentar este tiempo. <\/li><li><strong>Acepta el cambio:<\/strong>&nbsp;Las crisis traen cambios y en lugar de luchar contra ellos, hay que buscar la forma de adaptarse y minimizar&nbsp;su&nbsp;impacto negativo. Una forma de hacerlo es capacitando y formando a todos los equipos para que puedan hacer las transiciones necesarias.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Prioriza&nbsp;y c\u00e9ntrate en el resultado<\/strong>: Sin duda, todo es importante, pero saber diferenciar entre lo importante, urgente y prioritario facilita la distribuci\u00f3n de tareas y su temporalidad.&nbsp;Si eres claro en relaci\u00f3n a este tema, tus colaboradores deber\u00e1n cumplir con sus tareas sin necesidad de&nbsp;presentar minuciosos&nbsp;planes de acci\u00f3n.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Transmite confianza<\/strong>: Capacita&nbsp;y forma a&nbsp;tus colaboradores para que sean independientes y aut\u00f3nomos.
