{"id":10869,"date":"2022-09-27T19:22:41","date_gmt":"2022-09-27T19:22:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/s8.digitalhypepro.com\/?p=8237"},"modified":"2022-11-09T20:01:01","modified_gmt":"2022-11-09T20:01:01","slug":"on-the-job-training-ojt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/s8.digitalhypepro.com\/?p=10869","title":{"rendered":"On The Job Training (OJT)\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Herramienta de mejoramiento empresarial&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the job training (OJT) o capacitaci\u00f3n en el puesto de trabajo consiste en formar determinadas habilidades y competencias requeridas para un rol espec\u00edfico dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n, bas\u00e1ndose en el principio de &#8220;aprender haciendo&#8221;, es decir, los colaboradores aprenden el trabajo mientras lo realizan en el entorno laboral real.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OJT es una orientaci\u00f3n\u202fde comportamientos asociados a las buenas pr\u00e1cticas laborales,\u202ft\u00edpicamente abarca la combinaci\u00f3n\u202fde\u202fla observaci\u00f3n\u202fde otros compa\u00f1eros\u202fy la orientaci\u00f3n del\u202fl\u00edder o de alguien experimentado, que se convierte en su entrenador gu\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen diferentes <strong>mecanismos de aprendizaje<\/strong> para las capacitaciones en el puesto de trabajo, algunos de estos son:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Modelamiento (Feedback):<\/strong> el colaborador aprende comportamientos nuevos observando e imitando el comportamiento de otras personas, denominados &#8220;modelos&#8221;. El modelado es muy \u00fatil en aquellos casos en los que la conducta que el individuo requiere aprender no se encuentra en su repertorio de habilidades.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Moldeamiento (Aproximaciones sucesivas):<\/strong> se utiliza para establecer, de forma progresiva, conductas sencillas y unitarias. Por ejemplo, para ense\u00f1ar a un colaborador a abordar a un cliente seg\u00fan los protocolos de la organizaci\u00f3n. Para ello, se utiliza el m\u00e9todo de aproximaciones sucesivas, que consiste en reforzar conductas cada vez m\u00e1s similares al acto final.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ensayo y error<\/strong>: no se recomienda para aprendizajes costosos o riesgosos.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Interacci\u00f3n social<\/strong> (Di\u00e1logo): se genera un lazo o v\u00ednculo entre las personas del equipo, fomentando la necesidad de apoyarse y el trabajo colaborativo.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Estos mecanismos se seleccionan de acuerdo con el objetivo de aprendizaje, la audiencia, el tiempo y los recursos disponibles.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Sus ventajas son:&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es una forma efectiva de aprendizaje espec\u00edfico para el trabajo, ya que se lleva a cabo en el \u00e1rea donde los colaboradores realmente realizan sus funciones laborales.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Permite a los colaboradores aprender de sus supervisores y compa\u00f1eros de trabajo que tienen experiencia en el campo relacionado.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Es rentable tanto para el empleado como para el empleador, pues no requiere ning\u00fan recurso adicional adem\u00e1s del entorno de trabajo normal y no requiere pagar las ausencias del empleado durante los per\u00edodos de capacitaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\n<li>Minimiza la interrupci\u00f3n de las actividades laborales normales en comparaci\u00f3n con el tipo de capacitaci\u00f3n fuera del trabajo.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li>Los colaboradores aprenden a un mejor ritmo cuando est\u00e1n utilizando equipos, herramientas o materiales reales en lugar de solamente experimentarlos a trav\u00e9s de una demostraci\u00f3n o conferencia.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es una de nuestras herramientas de desarrollo favoritas en Spira. Teniendo en cuenta que lo que hacemos es desarrollar h\u00e1bitos productivos y los h\u00e1bitos requieren repetici\u00f3n, los OJT son el mecanismo perfecto para garantizar que la teor\u00eda que se aprende en la medida en que la parte formativa se lleve a la pr\u00e1ctica de manera recurrente y sistem\u00e1tica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s interesante de esta metodolog\u00eda es que se puede &#8220;empaquetar&#8221; como queramos para llev\u00e1rselo a nuestro p\u00fablico objetivo de la manera que sea m\u00e1s efectivo seg\u00fan sus preferencias y posibilidades. En nuestras aplicaciones se pueden ver OJT de &#8220;todos los colores y sabores&#8221;; desde listas de chequeo para que no se olvide la aplicaci\u00f3n de alg\u00fan protocolo, Acr\u00f3sticos interactivos parar reforzar un modelo de gesti\u00f3n, SalvaPantallas que recuerdan un prop\u00f3sito y que entregan una frase mensual que invita a la aplicaci\u00f3n de alguna t\u00e9cnica especifica hasta esfuerzos de Branding de oficina, en el cual utilizamos Vinilos decorativos para &#8220;empapelar&#8221; toda la oficina para que una campa\u00f1a de cambio cultural estuviera presente e invitara a la participaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La creatividad es el l\u00edmite (un poco el presupuesto, tambi\u00e9n), pues no importa el tama\u00f1o o el formato, lo importante es la relaci\u00f3n que tenga el OJT con los contenidos, las acciones a implementar y el p\u00fablico de estas. Recomendamos que siempre el OJT tenga un alto contenido est\u00e9tico, que sea visual o sensorialmente impactante para que afecte emocionalmente; desde las emociones movilizamos comportamientos y son
